How to use the ab workout mat correctly?
First, place the abdominal mat under your lumbar spine, with the less inclined side close to your hips, and then adjust your body position to ensure that your spine is in the middle of the ab pad, and then lie down against the ab pad with your feet together. Finally, crunches can be started depending on your fitness needs.
We generally recommend the following 3 exercises:
- Beginner: Put your hands on your hips, and as you sit up, move your hands up and across the inside of your knees
- Experienced: Put your hands on your shoulders and do sit-ups
- Expert: Raise your hands above your head when doing sit-ups
